To Forgive

Way too much cerebral space is taken up by holding a grudge, being resentful or blaming another. You can free up a lot of mental power by forgiving. Some say that forgiving is “to give as before.” Try it this week. Look for more productive thoughts to take up your consciousness. Oh, and don’t forget to include forgiving yourself.

Thoughts Appear

Out of nowhere a thought emblazoned itself across you consciousness and stuck there for a moment. You entertained the thought and chose to hold onto it for another moment. The thought morphed like a caterpillar into a butterfly from thought to an idea and the idea took hold. It was a good idea. The idea moved you to action and things began to happen.
