THE 3 x 7 DIFFERENCE
We all have a blind spot when it comes to habits. They
are embedded in us and, in most cases, we are not even
conscious of them. Obviously, some habits are good,
some not so good.

If you can make it three weeks without your vice, just
three weeks, you can change a habit. I know you can,
and when you do, you'll be at the doorstep of success.
Studies were done years ago that proved new habits take
approximately 21 days to establish. During this time the
brain is forming neural connections, like grooves in a
record. After that, the change is ingrained.
This applies to forming a new habit as well as breaking
an old one. The key, though, is to be faithful for those
three weeks. No cheating, not even once.
Consider how you will feel 21 days from now when your
new habit is in place. You’ll be motivated to get started
today.
