Kindred spirits, laced with Kindness and empathy capture success with easy. It is that human connection and the combination of being Known and letting others be Known that always works the best.

Knowledge, expertise and Know-how in an area of specialization wins the day. No one ever followed someone based upon pure luck. A leader has that keen sense of purpose and direction.
