Today’s Motivation – Are You Open For Business?

Are You Open For Business?

Ever seen a sign like that? Open For Business. Of course you have. Ever wonder what it really means?

On a personal level one should always be open for new opportunities, better ways to do things, brighter ideas, broader interpretations, more innovative thinking and longer term alliances. That and so much more means you’re open for business.

Are you open for business?

Today’s Motivation – Brilliant Ideas Birthed

Brilliant Ideas Birthed

The ability to convey a thought or an idea might be just as crucial as having the idea itself. Is an idea locked within a true idea? Speak your ideas into existence.

"You can have brilliant ideas, but if you cannot get them across, your ideas will not get you anywhere."
~Lee Iacocca, Businessman, author, former CEO of Chrysler Corporation

Today’s Motivation – ABC’s of Success – I

ABC’s of Success - I is for Integrity, Identity, Inspiring, Ideas, Insight, Influence

The letter “I” is a successful letter with so many great associated words.

A successful person has a full sense of his or her own Identity, they know who they are and what they are up to. They share Ideas, Insights and Inspiration routinely. Ideas are the fuel of commerce, Insights the spiritual spark and Inspiration, acting like oxygen, keeps a successful one on fire.

Successful people are, as John Maxwell puts it, great Influencers. They influence peoples’ thinking and the certain direction of their lives.

But, the one “I” word that necessarily is missing in success is the selfless “I” in “me, myself and I.”

Today’s Motivation - ABC’s of Prosperity – I is for Ingenuity, Intuition, Involvement, Ideas

ABC’s of Prosperity – I is for Ingenuity, Intuition, Involvement, Ideas

Prosperity evolves from being cleverly inventive, finding resources and having Ingenuity. Blend powerful Ingenious methods to standard practices to jump-start your prosperity.

Intuition, a direct spiritual link to prosperity, is thinking that is independent of any reasoning process. A keen insight of unjustified belief will guide you to Intuitive prosperity.

Involvement - actively plunging into your cause, belief or desire and surrounding yourself with others of like mindedness builds a prosperous team.

Ideas, Ideas, more and more Ideas fuel a prosperous path.

Today’s Motivation LIFE SKILLS – IDEAS WORTH CONSIDERATION

LIFE SKILLS – IDEAS WORTH CONSIDERATION

Here is a brief list of life skills that each and every one of us might
consider as a part of a solid business and life foundation. You can
find inspiration and motivation in everyone.

Integrity: to do what you say you’re going to do and on time.
(Integrity has nothing to do with right and wrong.)

Initiative: one's personal, responsible decision followed by action.

Flexibility: to be willing to flow with circumstances, to alter plans
when necessary, to be adaptable.

Perseverance: to stick with something when reason to continue has
abated.

Organization: to plan, arrange, and implement in an orderly way;
to keep things orderly and ready for use.

Sense of humor: to laugh and be playful without harming others.

Effort: the amount of exertion expended for a specified purpose.

Common sense: to use good judgment; sound practical judgment
that is independent of specialized knowledge, training, or the like;
normal native intelligence.

Problem solving: to create solutions to situations and everyday
problems.

Responsibility: to be accountable for your actions; answerable
or accountable, as for something within one's power, control, or
management.

Patience: to wait calmly for someone or something; an ability or
willingness to suppress restlessness or annoyance when confronted
with delay

Friendship: to make and keep a friend through mutual trust and
caring; an attraction to another by feelings of affection or personal
regard.

Curiosity: a desire to investigate and understand; the desire to
learn or know

Cooperation: to work together toward a common goal or purpose.

Caring: to feel and show concern for others.

Courage: the ability to persevere and withstand danger, difficulty,
or fear; the quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face
difficulty, danger, pain, etc., without fear; bravery.

Sharing your thoughts about these ideas with others is a great way
to clarify your intention surrounding each.

Today’s Motivation TED, AN INSTANT SOURCE OF INSPIRATION

TED, AN INSTANT SOURCE OF INSPIRATION

If you don’t know about TED, you are about to learn.

TED is a small nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading.
It started out as a conference bringing together people from
three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design. Since it’s
inception its scope has become ever broader.

TED’s Mission: Spreading Ideas.

”We believe passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes,
lives and ultimately, the world. So we're building here a clearing-
house that offers free knowledge and inspiration from the world's
most inspired thinkers, and also a community of curious souls to
engage with ideas and each other.“

Visit TED.com, pick just one speech of interest and watch it all
the way through. I know that, like me, you will be hooked, inspired
and motivated.

Today's Motivation ALWAYS BE OPEN TO NEW IDEAS

ALWAYS BE OPEN TO NEW IDEAS

Humans get set in their ways forming both physical and mental habits.
Creating and accepting new ideas can be blocked.

Fresh approaches to age-old problems can fire up
efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, passion and enthusiasm.

New ideas are everywhere if you just watch out for them.
Mastermind with a group of trusted associates, read a book,
attend a seminar, play with some children.

Open yourself up to the greatest resource – infinite possibilities!
