Refuse to be intimidated. Stand your ground, take a position, hold fast to your beliefs. The cost is too great to let another intimidate.

Today’s Motivation – BIG-STICK Theory

There are times in life when discretion is the smarter move. Know when to take a stand and be immovable and when to yield. Posture goes only so far if the one you’re dealing with has real power.

BIG-STICK Theory

When you’re dealing from a position of weakness, it’s all right to hold your ground and refuse to be intimidated, but don’t try to push your weight around – especially when the guy you’re trying to push carries a big stick.
