Today’s Motivation – Great Acts, Small Deeds

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. When a great task is complete you will find that it was assemble with the smaller duties. Focus on each piece no matter how seemingly small or insignificant.

Today’s Motivation – Now That Feels Good

Now That Feels Good

You know that task that you’ve been putting off? Yeah, you know, the one once finished would move your business, your relationship, your self-development forward and relieve you from the endless nagging that it’s not done. How much time would it take? What would it feel like to have it accomplished? Mmmm, mmmm, good!

"Successful people form the habit of doing what failures don't like to do. They like the results they get by doing what they don't necessarily enjoy."

Today’s Motivation – You and You Alone

You and You Alone

You and you alone were placed on this planet to accomplish your own tasks, make your own differences, exhibit your own talents and walk your own path. Rejoice! No one else can do that for you.

Today’s Motivation – Acts and Deeds

Acts and Deeds

A completed task is merely the sum of its individual parts. A completed part is simply an action taken.

Today’s Motivation – A Single Step

A Single Step

Regardless of its size every task must begin at the beginning. You cannot start in the middle nor finish before you start. Dreams come into reality only with a first action. Be certain to take the first step.

”Do the difficult things while they are easy and do the great things while they are small. A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.”

Today’s Motivation AN ENLIGHTENED TASK

AN ENLIGHTENED TASK

Ever said something or done something that you wish you hadn’t?
Of course you have, we all have. The pertinent question becomes,
what have you done about rectifying that wrong?

Knowing in your heart that you have hurt someone, wronged
another weighs heavily upon your spirit, upon your heart. Even
if it is not foremost in your mind, the burden affects all else in
your life. Add several regrets together and the baggage becomes
heavier and weightier.

Honest self-examination and a determination to right the wrong,
to apologize with sincerity lightens the load and frees your spirit to
soar for righteous purposes.

Seek out those to whom you have wronged. Make apology and
the seeking of forgiveness your enlightened task.

Today’s Motivation THE BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS

THE BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS

Habits keep us from having to concentrate on certain
tasks that we repeat over and over again. They can be
very useful.

Habits have a dark side, too. Too rigid in your habits
and your creativity is stifled. They may even prevent
you from taking advantage of new opportunities.

The secret of success is to learn to control your habits.
Get rid of the harmful ones and encourage the good
ones, the ones that take you in the direction of your
goals.

Great accomplishments require consistent efforts over
a long period of time. Developing the right habits will
take care of the "consistent efforts" part. Time will take
care of itself.

For the vast majority of the successful, accomplishment
comes one day at a time, little by little, day after day,
month after month, and year after year. That is the
guaranteed way to succeed.

Make the choice to abandon the harmful habits and re-
place them with the habits of success and accomplishment.
