RIDING WITHOUT TRAINERS
Chances are when you first learned to ride a bicycle you had
training wheels. You could get on and ride without the fear of
falling. But, there came a time when someone said it was time
to take them off and ride for real.
Exposed, vulnerable, at risk, no training wheels meant you could
fall, scrape a knee, skin an elbow. But, with determination and
persistence you learned balance. You could ride a two wheel bike.
Whoo Hoo!
The experience was exhilarating! Once the trainers were off
you never looked back.
It’s a complete life lesson. You’re missing all the fun if you’re
living life with the trainers still in place. You’re nestled safely
within your comfort zone, your job and your routine.
You dropped the trainers once before in life and now may just
be time to do it again. It’s much more fun to feel the freedom
of limitations removed and the wind in your face.
