Speak up, say what’s on your mind, don’t hold back. We talk, but do we communicate? We speak, but are we understood? Life on automatic is living oblivion. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Nature grants each of us the two rights by which we take in information and act upon it – awareness and will. We are aware of ourselves, of our consciousness, a trait reserved, as best we can tell, to human beings. And, we have will, the power to affect actions and events in our surrounding world.
There is so much to choose from and so little time, fortunately destiny’s wisdom lights the way. Our primary job is to seek our reason for being; that our time here is worthwhile.
The chatter in your head is orchestrated by the subconscious mind. It is constant and persistent. It can be significantly uplifting or woefully distressing. Train yourself to mind the chatter. It is key to the quality of your relationships and your life.
The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. When a great task is complete you will find that it was assemble with the smaller duties. Focus on each piece no matter how seemingly small or insignificant.
Embrace your mistakes for you are bound to make some. They are part of the human package. Mistakes are extraordinary trainers. These instances are merely rich opportunities to do over, thus fear not the word similar to miss step - mis-take.
A creature of habit finds it difficult to change and change is essential for growth. Let go of the known for the rewards of the unknown.

It all starts with a single thought, a particle of energy flitting through a mind. It is an idea, a habit, a belief. A thought can be productive, positive, life giving or it can be destructive, negative and life threatening. We can harness the power of the Universe and direct the course of our lives with our thoughts. Choose them wisely. 
Your life becomes what you put your attention on. If you watch the news and take in all of the doom and gloom, that’s what you life will take on. Focus your attention on your definite chief aim, happiness, desire and your goals, that’s what your life will take on.
How many ways can it be said? If you want success, fulfillment and satisfaction in life be of service to others.
You could seek and easily find all the problems, focusing your attention on what’s wrong. Or you take the more challenging path and contribute your creativity, your humanity and your style to identify a solution.
