START OF YOUR DAY
How you start your day sets the character of the day.
The secret is to begin your day powerfully.
Rather than lying in bed worrying about the day ahead,
Get out of bed the moment you awake.
Create the day you want to have.
Step outside and breath the fresh air. Take in the wonder
of morning, listen to the sounds of the awakening day.
Take some time to meditate, stretch, ask the universe for
guidance, be grateful for all you have, make a list of
things to accomplish today, read an inspirational piece,
journal, go for a walk, say positive affirmations.
It’s your day, seize it right from the start!
