Today’s Motivation – PERSPECTIVE Theory

Today being Thanksgiving in the United States, this quote from Ringer need nothing from me. Happy Thanksgiving US, and for those elsewhere, Happy Thursday!

PERSPECTIVE Theory

Against a backdrop of an ageless universe, everyday problems have little significance. For best results, just hang loose and enjoy the challenge of solving them.

Today’s Motivation – Challenged

Challenged

Just as change in life is guaranteed, so too is being tested. There are daily threats and dangers, silent conversations with self, stiff competition, bold confrontations and lots and lots of questions; face them squarely. Since you know it’s unavoidable, they are coming; your job is to make sure they don’t get to you.

"Being challenged in life is inevitable, being defeated is optional."

Today’s Motivation – Facing the Day with Courage

Facing the Day with Courage

Every day we face new challenges, unforeseen circumstances and old fears. We must remind ourselves daily of the need to press forward free from the constraints of the past, lest we dwell there permanently.

Today’s Motivation - Our Greatest Glory

Today’s Motivation - Our Greatest Glory

Seek out the inner opponent and expose the fraud. Our spirit is bolstered every time we are challenged, for what we do, how we react, what we perceive raises us to a higher level.

Today’s Motivation LEADERSHIP’S GREAT CHALLENGES

LEADERSHIP’S GREAT CHALLENGES

Leadership demands a quality and strength of character
that is, by definition, uncommon and exemplary. Jim
Rohn calls leadership life's greatest challenge, and one
that demands constant refinement.

Leaders must learn to be strong without being rude.
Leaders are kind but not weak.
Leaders must be bold without being a bully.
Leaders are humble but not timid.
Leaders are proud but not arrogant.
And leaders are fun but not foolish.

Each of us has the potential for leadership: in our family,
our community, our business. Leaders are the people who
make something of themselves, and who bring out the
best in others.

When all is said and done, there are few things that can
be more rewarding than to be an effective leader.

Are you leading today?

Today’s Motivation WARDING OFF THE ARMAGEDDON VIEW

WARDING OFF THE ARMAGEDDON VIEW

It’s obvious today that things are “different” than they were. Life is
a bit more challenging and uncertainty seems to be the watchword
of the day. That is just what’s so, not that it’s good or bad, it’s the
way things are. Things are good or bad depending upon what we
say, what we think about, what we focus upon.

So, while most are claiming that the sky is falling and doom is surely
upon us you have the choice to accept that kind of talk, that way of
thinking or you can keep an alternative point of view.

Looking for the opportunity in every turn in the road is one great
way to ward off the Armageddon view. And, there are opportunities,
new markets and sapling businesses everywhere, everywhere if
you’re looking.

“Thoughts become things. Choose the good ones.” ~Mike Dooley

Today’s Motivation BEING GRATEFUL FOR THE CHALLENGES

BEING GRATEFUL FOR THE CHALLENGES

Your air conditioning just went on the fritz, the deal you were
hoping for just fell through and your attraction marketing
campaign isn’t attracting. It seems like every which way you
turn there are obstacles and challenges.

If every time you came up against a disappointing obstruction
you quit nothing would ever get accomplished, your dreams
would have no power. Life is fraught with challenges. Coming
into this world is a newborn’s biggest challenge.  Fearing or
complaining about or being stopped by challenges will prevent
growth and success.

Challenges are there for a purpose. They help us all develop a
resilience and stamina. Challenges can fortify our resolve and
desire provided you see challenges as a part of the great scheme
of things. When you expect and accept challenges you clear the
path toward your dreams and goals.

Challenges give more than they take and are something for
which to be grateful.

Today’s Motivation DOES A BEAR S--- IN THE WOODS?

DOES A BEAR S--- IN THE WOODS?

Are you human? If so, everyday you must brush your
teeth, bathe and motivate. Only we humans must charge
the will, the self-discipline, to face the challenges of the
days. A bear in the woods doesn’t think about what the
day will bring, it doesn’t worry; it just goes about its
business, today, and everyday.

Mother Nature must have a sense of humor. She gave
human beings the greatest gift and the deepest curse
when She gave us will. With will we can move mountains
and nations. Without will we can’t even move ourselves
out of bed.

Choose, just for today, to find the will and the motivation
to face the day and move toward your goals. Then smile
at yourself in the mirror and be grateful you’re not a bear.

Your Daily Motivation EVERYTHING HAS A PRICE

EVERYTHING HAS A PRICE

You cannot have success without dealing with problems.
Look for your opportunity in every difficulty instead of being paralyzed
at the thought of difficulty in every opportunity.

Each new experience brings with it the seed of your success.
Even your current difficulties have within them opportunity.

Welcome your problems as opportunities.
Each moment is your greatest challenge and the best thing
that ever happened to you.

The more difficult your problem, the greater the challenge
in working it out.

When it's dark enough, you can see the stars.
