SERVE DON’T SELL, ASK BETTER QUESTIONS
Stop selling and look to serve.
Your Goal is to find the hopes, the dreams and the
desires of your prospective clients and help them
achieve them. Focus on what they want vs. what
you want from them.
Don’t push, rather pull. Don’t push your agenda,
your story, your objects. Pull out of them their
agenda, their desires and objectives.
Don’t present, investigate.
Don’t pitch, probe.
Don’t sell, solve.
Here’s the key – talk less, listen more. Use fewer
statements, ask more questions.
Master learning to ask better questions.
For those whom you serve, those whose problems,
pains and worries you relieve, or those hopes,
dreams and desires you provide, what are the 10
best questions you can develop?
Which questions will open the mind, the mouth
and heart of those you are looking to serve?
Once they reveal what is important, exciting,
valuable and desirous by them to you, you then
can serve them with the solutions you have to
offer. You’ll now not be a sales person, but a
person of great service.
