power of will, the authority to act or not act.

It is an empowering notion when one truly believes it.
You have the power to change your life and the lives of
those around you.

Your attitude is yours to select. You can be inspired,
motivated and uplifted. No one makes these decisions
for you. No one can make you sad, depressed or lonely.
You and you alone react to the stimulus around you.

You are in control and you can change any of it at any
time – your relationships, your body, your fears, your
mind, your consequences, your happiness, your money,
how you spend your time.

You are the sum of the choices you have made. Life is
made of choices, not chances.

Just remember, YOU Are in Control!
