Today’s Motivation - Building Anticipation

Fix a goal in your mind. Set a date for its beginning. Mark it on the calendar. Start to get excited about what happens on that date. Make it a date of significance. Write out a plan. By delaying your start you build anticipation, increase your focus and energy toward your goal.
