We are 70% water. Drink half your weight in ounces of purified water every day! Dehydration causes hunger and over eating, adult acne, diarrhea, high blood pressure and on and on. Drink your water Every Day!
Walking is the easiest and cheapest way to get in your daily activity. A good pair of walking shoes and a mile path will increase your heart rate and keep your lymphatic system activated. It’s low impact and most everyone can find a place to
walk. My father used to belong to a group of mall walkers, every day they’d hit the mall at open and never shop.
Weight is an obvious indicator of wellness and it’s no secret that Western countries and challenged by increasing weight. Balance your proteins, carbohydrates and fats for your individual metabolism. You’ll turn your body into a fat burning machine. Do a whole body nutritional cleanse at least once a month to help release fat cells.
Your wellness is a jewel of many facets. It takes a combination of disciplines to improve one’s wellness and maintain it. Just as ease is the absence of disease, wellness is the absence of illness. Choose wellness.
