Today’s Motivation – ONE GOAL

Whenever you get into a slump, a downer, check to see if it
might be because you have too much going on in your life.
Are you trying to do too much?

It saps ones energy and motivation. It’s probably the most
common mistake you can make: trying to take on too much,
trying to accomplish too many goals at once.

You cannot long maintain energy and focus (the two most
important things in accomplishing a goal) if you are attempting
to do two or more goals at once.

Choose One Goal, for now, and focus on it completely.
You can always set sights on your other goals when you’ve
accomplished your One Goal.

Get focused, get busy!
