Today’s Motivation – ACTIONS-HAVE-CONSEQUENCES Theory


Action-reaction is nothing new in the world. It is one of the basic laws. If you drive a person hard enough you’ll get some sort of a reaction, a plus or a minus reaction. If you do nothing at all (an action itself) there is an obvious outcome. Even something comes out of nothing.

ABC’s of a Full Life – R

A Responsible life is an empowering life.

Life is about making choices and being responsible, it’s about being answerable for who you are and what you do. Your actions matter! And because your actions matter, you are answerable for the consequences of you actions.

Accept that you are responsible for the choices you make.
Accept that you are responsible for how you feel.
Accept that you are responsible for what you think.
Accept that you are responsible for what you do.
Accept that you are responsible for the goals, direction and vision for your life.
Accept that you cannot blame others for the decisions you’ve made.
Accept that you are responsible for who you are.
Accept that you are responsible to initiate change.

When you live a responsible life you live powerfully!

Today’s Motivation TURNING ON A DIME

TURNING ON A DIME

Your thoughts drive your actions, your feelings; they
affect the condition of your life, your attitudes, your
relationships, your cash flow and your health. Thoughts
are powerful things. We learn in “The Secret” that what
we focus our thoughts on is what we attract into our
lives. This is the basic Law of Attraction.

Believe it or not, the Law of Attraction is always at work.
You have what you have or don’t have because of this
law. Whether it be through your conscious and uncon-
scious mind you attract what you think about.

So, when those pesky negative thought manage to get
through what can you do? Try the Pivoting Technique
to begin to train you mind.

Say you think, “I hate having so many bills to pay.” With
the Pivoting Technique you firstly recognize the thought
as negative. You are focused on the negativity of your bills.
Next you pivot to what you want to attract. You create an
affirmation to counter the negative thought. “I am so
grateful and happy that I can pay my bills.”

As in most training you may have to “fake it until you make
it”. Most of us don’t like to pay bills. But, the paying of our
bills gives us services to live better. So, since they come
along anyway why not be grateful for them. It puts good
vibrations into your mind.

Map this on to any negative thought that comes to mind.
