Today’s Motivation – NOSE-TO-THE-GRINDSTONE Theory

Working at a job for forty years will merely assure you of four decades of aging. Innovation, risk taking, creation, entrepreneurship are the means to great achievement and satisfaction.

NOSE-TO-THE-GRINDSTONE Theory

If you do nothing else but keep your nose to the grindstone and work hard, long hours, you’re guaranteed to get only one thing in return: old.

Today’s Motivation – MAKEABLE-DEAL Theory

Got to have the next best thing, shiny object syndrome, over there is better than over here… and on and on and on.

Focus your attention on one thing and do that one thing well before moving on to the next.

MAKABLE-DEAL Theory

Expend your efforts in working hard to find one makeable deal, rather than working hard on an endless number of unmakeable deals and clinging to the faint home that you will somehow close one.

Today’s Motivation – Results, Results, Results

Results, Results, Results

"You are not paid to work hard. In fact, you are not paid for effort at all. You are paid for results. It's not what you do; it's what you get done."

~Larry Winget, personal success and business author and speaker
