Today’s Motivation WHAT, ME WORRY?

Who said that? Where did it come from?

If you said Mad Magazine and Alfred E. Newman you are
right and as old as I am.

But, there is something to note in the statement. As I was
speaking with a colleague yesterday about the future of a
grant we are working on the subject of an uncertain future
came up. We aren’t certain yet that the grant will be
renewed.

We all have a future. It may not be guaranteed beyond tomorrow, but circumstances beyond your control should not dictate your
degree of worry. Worry will certainly keep you busy, occupy your
present mind and get you nowhere. Turn that worry energy into
productive action. Plug away at something you can have a positive
affect on.
